90% of the calls we receive is for systems that have become unbearably slow or seem to have performance issues.  In most cases, infections are the root cause and additionally, software starting up on boot that doesn't need to.  We fully analyze your system, install a full suite of cleanup tools, eradicate infections, and tuneup your system.  We then make recommendations on what you may need to do to upgrade your system.

For some it may be a daunting task to setup networking devices such as cable modems, dsl modems and routers.   We will install your modem, and router if applicable and set up your email with your new service provider in the email application of your choice.

Got a new system and not sure where to start?  We will install your new system, including set up of cable or dsl if applicable, add a complete set of security/cleanup tools, set up your email, and make sure your operating system is updated with all the latest critical updates.

Has your sytem failed or your operating system become corrupt?  We will restore your system to its original off the shelf condition and put your data back on as well.   (requires original installtion CDs and other software)

Has your system failed and its not salvagable?  If your hard drive is readable, we will recover your data and deliver it back to you on your choice of media.  

Have you got important papers that you would like to have a digital copy of for ease of transport?  We can sit down with you, evaluate the amount of information and give you an affordable option for converting your paper files to CDs.   This is a great option for evacuation and if you just want to have the extra piece of mind of having a digital copy.
